All smaller UK orders are shipped next day via Fedex. Oversized items will be shipped via TNT, Palletised orders will also be shipped next day and can take up to 5 days to arrive. International orders are shipped by Airmail or sea. All items are shipped from the UK. Most UK orders arrive between 24-48 hours. International orders arrive between 3-7 days.
If you are unhappy or change your mind You need to return your items to us within 14 working days after the day on which the goods are delivered. Please note postage costs will not be refunded. You (customer ) are responsible for the return shipping charges if you are returning items because you have changed your mind, and we will not refund you original delivery charge.Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in the original packaging. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
If an item develops a fault within the 12 month warranty period offered then please contact us either by email info@powergym.co.uk or by phone on 0800 970 8615.
If found to be a manufacturers fault we will repair, replace or refund.
Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow a further week for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it. We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)
Structural Frames excluding Surface Finish (Lifetime). Moving Frames including press arms and other unspecified moving components (5 years). Components including bearings, locking pins, pulleys, cables, slide rods (2 years). Pads, grips and other unspecified parts (1 year). Sales receipt or other dated proof of purchase is required. Warranty is non transferable in the event that you sell the product. Warranty will be voided if upon inspection equipment is found to have been altered or shows signs of abuse. 2 of these arrived yesterday, theyre the same quality as the TRXs, we have both brands and there is literally no difference except these are about a quarter of the price!
